What materials do you accept for drop-off?
We gladly accept uncontaminated soil, rock, sand, gravel, concrete, asphaltic concrete, cinderblocks, bricks, and clean Hydro Vac Tanks. To maintain site safety and material quality, all loads must be free of trash, wood, organic debris, or hazardous materials.
What materials do you have available for purchase?
We offer a variety of high-quality materials for your project needs, including:
  • Premium Recycled Concrete Aggregate: Produced on-site from recycled concrete.
  • Topsoil: High-quality soil sourced directly from our site.
  • Clean Fill Dirt: Ideal for leveling and structural fill.
  • Asphalt Millings: Repurposed millings available for resale.
Do you deliver?
No, we only offer pick-up and drop-off. Any deliveries must be arranged with a third party.
What rock should I use for my project?
Choosing the right material starts with how the ground will be used. For driveways and base layers, 3/4" minus or 1/2" minus compacts tightly and forms a stable surface. If drainage is the goal, 1" clean or 2" clean allows water to move through without pooling. Larger clean rock like 2" works well in areas with heavier runoff or erosion concerns. Smaller minus material helps with leveling and finishing passes. Picking the right size and type helps the surface hold up under traffic and weather.
What’s the difference between minus and clean rock?
“Minus” rock like 3/4" minus and 1/2" minus includes fines that bind together when compacted. This makes it a strong choice for driveways, pads, and base layers that need to stay firm. Clean rock such as 1" clean and 2" clean has no fines, so it stays loose and promotes drainage. That makes it a better fit for backfill, drainage zones, and areas where water flow matters. The key difference comes down to compaction versus drainage. Using the wrong type can lead to shifting surfaces or standing water.
Where should each material be used?
Fill dirt is used to build up low areas and bring sites to grade before adding a top layer. Topsoil is best for grass, landscaping, and any area where growth is expected. A dirt and screenings mixture can help with rough grading and compactable fill in certain conditions. Recycled aggregates and minus rock create solid foundations for roads and pads. Clean rock supports drainage behind walls or under structures. Each material has a role, and using them in the right order keeps projects moving without rework.
How does the "Multiple Load" expedited ticketing process work?
To help our charge customers save time, we offer an expedited process for hauling multiple loads from the same job site:
  1. Enroll: On the first load of the day, notify the attendant you are participating in the Multiple Load program and sign the first ticket.
  2. Express Pass: For all subsequent loads that day, drivers only need to pause briefly at the window—no signing required. We will hold all interim tickets for you.
  3. Finalize: On the last load of the day, the driver signs one final summary ticket and collects the full ticket packet for the day.
Do you offer 24-hour access?
Yes. 24-hour facility access is available for customers with approved charge accounts or by making prior arrangements with our team to accommodate your project schedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. For frequent customers, we offer charge accounts (subject to credit approval) to streamline billing and enable our expedited ticketing services.
Are there specific requirements for concrete drop-offs?
Concrete must be clean and free of contaminants. While we accept most concrete, please note that additional fees apply for oversized pieces (typically those exceeding 12 inches) as they require extra processing.
